SaaS development company that runs its own SaaS in production.

Multi-tenant platforms with subscription plans, roles, audit logs, a web admin and an offline-capable mobile app. We know what it takes because we build, bill and support our own.

From a paper register to a subscription business

Visitor Desk replaces paper visitor registers. One business can run several entrances, each with staff on Android phones and owners on a live web admin.

  • Four plans priced in BDT: Free, then ৳6,000, ৳10,000 and ৳15,000 per month
  • Plan-gated features and limits, with a 30-day free trial
  • Multiple businesses and entrances per account, with permissions and a full audit log
  • Android app that works offline and syncs over HTTPS
  • Public pages for self-service appointments and online ticket sales

What's inside a real SaaS

The parts that a demo skips and production can't

Multi-tenancy

Each customer's data is isolated, with organisations, branches and users that scale from one shop to hundreds.

Plans & billing

Free tiers, trials, plan limits, upgrades, renewals and what happens on the day a payment fails.

Roles & audit log

Owner, manager and staff permissions, plus a record of who changed what and when.

Super-admin console

Your own back office: customers, subscriptions, usage, support tools and feature flags.

Mobile + offline

An Android app for the people on the floor that keeps working without internet and syncs safely.

Onboarding that converts

Sign-up to first value in minutes, with sample data, guided setup and clear upgrade prompts.

Who we build for

Three kinds of SaaS projects

Founders

MVP to first paying customers

We scope the smallest product that someone will pay for, ship it, and build the next release from real usage.

Businesses

Turn an internal tool into a product

If your in-house system solves a problem your whole industry has, we can turn it into a multi-tenant SaaS and sell it.

Existing SaaS

Rescue & scale

Slow dashboards, billing bugs, tenant data leaks, a mobile app that loses data. We audit, stabilise, then improve.

Process

From idea to paying customers

Free consultation

Who pays, for what, and how often. The business model shapes the architecture.

MVP scope

We agree the smallest version that delivers real value, and write down what waits.

Fixed written proposal

Scope, price, timeline and code ownership, all agreed in writing before work starts.

Build in milestones

Working software on a staging link from early on, so you can show it to real prospects.

Launch with billing

Plans, trials and payments live on day one, so you can charge from the first customer.

Iterate from usage

Analytics, feedback and support tickets decide the next release, not guesses.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does it cost to build a SaaS MVP?

It depends on the number of user roles, how tenants and plans work, the integrations you need, and whether there's a mobile app. After a free consultation we send a written proposal with a fixed scope, price and timeline for the MVP before any work starts.

Can you set up subscription billing with Bangladeshi payment methods?

Yes. We build plans, trials, limits and renewals, and connect them to local gateways such as bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz. Our own product Visitor Desk runs on BDT subscription plans.

How do you keep each customer's data separate?

Every record belongs to a tenant, and access is enforced on the server for every request, not just hidden in the interface. Roles and an audit log control and record what each user can do.

Can the SaaS have a mobile app that works offline?

Yes. This is one of our specialities. The Android app keeps a local database, works without internet and syncs to the platform when the connection returns, as Visitor Desk does today.

Can you take over an existing SaaS platform?

Yes. We start with an audit of architecture, security, tenant isolation and billing, then fix the riskiest problems first before adding features.

Who owns the code?

Code ownership and licensing are agreed in writing in the project proposal before work starts, so there are no surprises later. See our Terms of Service.

Have a SaaS idea, or a SaaS that needs fixing?

Tell us who the customer is and what they'd pay for. We'll reply within 24 hours with an honest view of what an MVP would take.
