Common questions
Do you only manage apps you built?
No. We also take over hosting and deployment for apps built by other teams. We start with an audit so we understand what's running before we change anything.
Which cloud should we use: Cloudflare, AWS or a VPS?
It depends on the app. Static and edge-friendly sites run very cheaply and fast on Cloudflare. Typical Laravel or Go business apps run well on a managed VPS with Docker. AWS makes sense when you need its managed services or scale. We recommend the simplest option that fits.
Can you migrate our site without losing Google rankings?
Yes. We keep URLs stable, add 301 redirects for anything that moves, and check the sitemap and Search Console after the switch. We did this for our own Dev Tools move to a subdomain.
How much does cloud and DevOps work cost?
A one-off audit or migration is quoted as a fixed project. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance can be a fixed monthly fee. Hosting itself is billed by the provider directly to your account. You get a written quote after a free consultation.
Who owns the servers and accounts?
You do. We set up hosting, domain and cloud accounts in your name wherever possible and document everything, so you can move to another team at any time. See our Terms of Service.
