These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TutorDesk — the Android app and any related services (the "App"), operated by Black & White Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Google Play's terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.
By using TutorDesk you agree to these Terms and to Google Play's terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for managing tuition and coaching activities.
You are responsible for the data you enter and for backing it up; for having the right and consent to store information about students and guardians (including minors); and for complying with applicable privacy and education laws. Do not misuse or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law.
You own the data you enter; it is stored locally on your device. We have no access to it and are not responsible for its loss. If you uninstall, factory-reset or lose the device without a valid backup, the data is permanently lost. Keep encrypted backups — we cannot recover lost data or a forgotten backup password.
The free version is supported by ads and limited in capacity (for example, the number of students and batches). Limits and ad behaviour may change. Premium and Remove-Ads disable ads.
Premium and Remove-Ads are one-time purchases sold via Google Play and governed by Google's payment terms; they unlock the features described at purchase. A limited-time free Premium trial may be offered on first install; it ends automatically. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, limits, pricing or configuration (including via Remote Config) at any time.
The App uses Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network and Google Play Billing; your use is also subject to their terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Always verify critical totals (fees, dues, results) independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black & White Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify Black & White Studio against claims arising from your use of the App or breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate the licence on breach or misuse. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless your local mandatory law provides otherwise.
