About this page
Votix combines a campaign web panel and an Android worker app. This page explains the product’s data workflows. Deployment-specific privacy notices and retention arrangements should be agreed with the campaign operator before use.
Campaign records
Authorised campaign users can enter voter records, contact details, household links, surveys, field assessments, tasks and operational reports. Data is sent to the campaign server. The campaign operator is responsible for the records it chooses to collect and the appropriate permissions for its use.
Worker accounts and access
Accounts, assigned wards, roles and device sessions determine access. The backend checks campaign and area scope. Administrators can deactivate workers or revoke mobile access. The current Android app requires an internet connection.
Photos and attachments
Voter photographs and campaign media may be handled by enabled modules. Use these features only when authorised by your campaign operator. Discuss permission settings and media handling during onboarding.
Website analytics
This product website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and page usage. Enquiry links open your email client or WhatsApp; information you choose to send is used to respond to the enquiry.

For access, correction or removal of campaign records, contact the campaign operator managing your account. For product or website privacy questions, email info@blacknwhitestudio.com. Hosting, retention, backups and data handling must be confirmed for your deployment.
