By downloading or using BW VoIP: SIP Dialer & HD Calls ("the app"), provided by Black & White Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the app

BW VoIP is a SIP client that lets you place and receive voice calls through a SIP account you configure. You are responsible for obtaining a valid SIP account and for any charges, usage limits or terms imposed by your SIP provider and network operator.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to use it for unsolicited calls, fraud, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws or the terms of your SIP provider.

Service availability

Call quality and connectivity depend on your internet connection, device and SIP provider. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. BW VoIP is not a replacement for emergency calling services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black & White Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
