This Privacy Policy explains how BW VoIP: SIP Dialer & HD Calls ("the app", "we") handles information when you use the app. BW VoIP is developed by Black & White Studio. We are committed to keeping your communication private and secure.

Information we handle

BW VoIP is a SIP client. To provide calling functionality, the app handles the following on your device:

• SIP account credentials — the SIP details you enter are used to register with your SIP provider and place calls. They are stored on your device for your convenience.
• Contacts — with your permission, the app reads your device contacts so you can dial them directly. Contacts are not uploaded to us.
• Call functionality — microphone and network access are used to make and receive voice calls.
• Notifications — used to alert you to incoming calls, including while the app runs in the background.

How information is used

Permissions are used solely to enable core functionality — calling, contact integration and notifications. Voice calls are routed through your configured SIP provider; call audio is not recorded or stored by the app.

Data sharing

We do not sell your information. Calls are handled by the SIP provider whose account you configure; their handling of call data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Security

BW VoIP prioritises secure communication and reliable account management. Your SIP credentials remain on your device.

Children

BW VoIP is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
