These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ShopPilot — the Android app and any related services (the "Service"), operated by Black & White Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By installing the app or signing in, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
ShopPilot is an Android application providing POS, inventory (FIFO + pharmacy batches), CRM with loyalty, supplier management, returns, financial ledger, expenses, reports, multi-branch support and Drive backup.
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
Free, Pro and Enterprise plans gate features and limits (e.g. product count, branches). When you exceed a limit, the app shows an upgrade prompt instead of blocking ongoing sales. Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are processed by Google Play.
You are the controller of product, inventory, sales, ledger and customer data. You are responsible for accuracy, lawful basis, device security and regular backups.
All business data is stored on your device. If you uninstall, factory-reset, or lose the device without a Drive backup, the data is permanently lost. We cannot recover it.
Drive backups live in your own Drive AppData folder. We do not access them. Restoration depends on backup integrity and Google's availability.
We aim for high availability but make no guarantee. Updates may add features, change limits or push minimum-version requirements via remote config.
ShopPilot, its name, logo, code and design are owned by Black & White Studio. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence under these Terms. You retain ownership of your own data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tax, regulatory and pharmacy compliance is your responsibility — always verify critical totals and expiry behaviour independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black & White Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling and removing your Drive backup.
