By downloading or using Learner! Kids Learning Games ("the app"), you (the parent, guardian or other adult installing the app on a child's device) agree to these terms. The app is intended to be installed by an adult for use by a child aged approximately 6–9.
Black & White Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Android devices you own or control, free of charge.
Learner! is an educational utility. It is not a substitute for formal schooling or for direct parental engagement in a child's learning. Use the app as one tool among many in your child's education.
We make reasonable effort to ensure the language, math and educational content in Learner! is accurate. However, Learner! is provided as-is, and we do not warrant that every piece of content is free of error. If you find a mistake, please email info@blacknwhitestudio.com — we fix reported errors.
Learner! is designed for children but does not collect personal information from them (see the Privacy Policy). Parents are responsible for setting appropriate Android parental controls / Google Family Link configuration for their child's device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black & White Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the app.
We may update, change or remove features at any time. We may also discontinue the app entirely.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
