Designed for children, designed for privacy: Learner! has no sign-up, no chat features, no social log-in, and no behavioural ad networks. Most activities work fully offline. We comply with COPPA, GDPR-K and similar children's privacy regulations by design.

What Learner! is

Learner! Kids Learning Games is an educational Android app for children aged 6 to 9, teaching English, Bangla, Arabic, math, shapes, colors, spelling, vocabulary and problem-solving through interactive games, rhymes and animations.

What we collect from your child

No name. The app does not ask the child for a name.
No email. No sign-up is required.
No location. The app does not access location.
No microphone or camera. The app does not access these.
No contacts. The app does not access contacts.
No chat or social features. The app has no way for the child to communicate with others through the app.

What stays on the device

Progress through each language track (English, Bangla, Arabic)
Earned stars and unlocked achievements
Difficulty preferences set in the parental settings
Theme and sound preferences

All progress data is stored locally on the device and is removed when the app is uninstalled.

Permissions

Learner! requests no runtime permissions. Most learning activities work fully offline.

Learner! is funded by Black & White Studio as a public educational utility. Where ads appear (between lessons, never inside an active lesson), they are restricted to non-personalised, child-appropriate inventory only. We do not allow behavioural-tracking ad networks in this app.

Third parties

Learner! does not share any data with third parties beyond what is necessary to display non-personalised ads.

Parents

Parents can: uninstall the app at any time (removing all progress data), enable Android's parental controls / Google Family Link to manage the app, and contact us with questions at info@blacknwhitestudio.com.

COPPA, GDPR-K and similar

Because Learner! does not collect any personal information from children, we comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU GDPR's children's provisions (Article 8), the UK Children's Code, and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions, by design.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the "Effective date" at the top.
