By downloading or using Charades: Party Game Night ("the app"), provided by Black & White Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the app

Charades is a party game in which players guess words shown on the device. The app is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising, with an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove ads.

User-created content

The app lets you create custom decks and words. You are responsible for the content you create and agree not to use the app to create or share unlawful, offensive or infringing content. Custom content is stored on your device.

Safe play

Charades is an active, hands-free game. Play in a safe, open space and be mindful of your surroundings, other people and property while acting out clues. Black & White Studio is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage that results from gameplay.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer or interfere with its normal operation.

Service availability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Optional rewarded ads may grant certain bonuses for a session; availability of ads is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black & White Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
