By downloading or using Bill Splitter & Tip Calculator ("the app"), provided by Black & White Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the app

Bill Splitter & Tip Calculator is a tool that helps you calculate tips, split bills evenly or by item, add tax and track balances between people. The app is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

Calculations are for convenience

The app performs calculations based on the values you enter. While we aim for accurate results, the calculations are provided for your convenience only and you are responsible for verifying amounts before paying or settling up. Black & White Studio is not responsible for any disputes, shortfalls or overpayments that result from using the app.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer or interfere with its normal operation.

Service availability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Optional rewarded ads may unlock certain features for a session; availability of ads is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black & White Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
