These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MyBiller — the Android app and any related services (the "Service"), operated by Black & White Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By installing the app or signing in, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
MyBiller is an Android app for cashiers and bill collectors. Core features include customer management, monthly bill generation, payment collection, PDF receipts, dashboard analytics and Google Drive backup.
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it.
MyBiller may include a trial period and plan limits returned remotely by the dashboard API. When you reach a limit (max customers / bills / collections) the app shows an upgrade prompt instead of blocking ongoing collection. Future Pro plans, where offered, are processed by Google Play.
You are the controller of all customer, bill, collection and receipt data entered. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of every entry, for protecting your device and account, and for backing up regularly.
All business data is stored on your device. If you uninstall or factory-reset without a Drive backup, the data is permanently lost. We cannot recover it.
Drive backups live in your own Google Drive AppData folder. We do not access them. Restoration depends on backup integrity and Google's availability.
We aim for high availability but make no guarantee. Updates may add features or change limits; continued use constitutes acceptance.
MyBiller, its name, logo, code and design are owned by Black & White Studio. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence under these Terms. You retain ownership of your own data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Always verify critical totals independently — the app is a tool, not a replacement for accounting judgement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black & White Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling and deleting your Drive backup.
